The Infrared PEMF Sauna Dome is super easy to clean. It comes with a towel insert to use during your session. Once complete, turn off the device, and allow it to cool down. You can wipe down with a damp cloth if needed. Allow to air and then pack away components.
You can wear any clothing you like with the Infrared PEMF Sauna Dome. For PEMF, red light therapy and Sauna or combined session, it’s better to wear minimal clothing for best results.
